On the afternoon of July 3rd, the "Sailing to the World from 'Yan' – Connecting Globally" [Amazon Open Day] Phase V – Haiyan Special Salon was successfully held at Haiyan 168 Entrepreneurship Park. At the beginning of the event, the Amazon team gave a detailed interpretation of the current development trends of cross-border e-commerce and Amazon's new seller policies, helping both new and existing sellers grasp the market dynamics. They also introduced the DTB model and operation strategies for MRO industrial product categories in depth, providing new ideas for enterprises to expand the B2B market.
Subsequently, the event focused on Amazon's overall traffic layout and a detailed explanation of promotion types, sharing effective methods to increase store traffic from a practical perspective. For new sellers' practical operation, feasible operation strategies were shared to provide a practical guide for enterprises new to the cross-border e-commerce field to improve sales performance.
Later, Yang Weiwei, General Manager of Haiyan Fangji Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., combined her own enterprise's development experience to share practical insights on transforming from traditional foreign trade to cross-border e-commerce, offering valuable references for the enterprises present.
In the final Q&A and supply-demand docking session, the association specially invited Zhejiang Mobile Communications Group Haiyan Branch and Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank to share their introductions to cross-border e-commerce network products and financial service solutions. Participating enterprises conducted face-to-face exchanges with the official Amazon team and service providers, and in-depth discussions were held on various problems encountered in actual operations.
