The veneering process generally uses two-component polyurethane glue for bonding, but there are very high requirements for the volatilization of harmful substances in the glue and the bonding quality. Our factory uses the adhesive of the German Hanko brand and combines it with the factory's vacuum heat composite veneering process. After multiple tests, it all meets the environmental protection and physical performance requirements.

The veneer is applied manually, which requires relatively high skills from the operators. Additionally, the veneer process is prone to bubble formation due to temperature differences and light exposure. Moreover, most of the veneer materials are not A-level fireproof materials, which imposes certain limitations on their application.
