How to Use

1. Pre-Installation Preparation

• Space measurement and design: First, accurately measure the size of the ceiling area in the living and dining room. Determine the customized shape and size of the honeycomb panels (supporting customization on demand) according to the space style and needs, and confirm the circuit and lamp reservation plan (if lamps need to be embedded) at the installation location.
• Tool and material preparation: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, level, tape measure, and special installation hangers (suitable for aluminum alloy honeycomb panels). Check whether the honeycomb panels and accessories (such as connectors and sealant) are complete and in good condition.
• Base treatment: Ensure the ceiling base (top surface) is flat, dry, and free of dust and oil. If there are protrusions or uneven areas, level and repair them in advance to ensure a stable installation base.

2. Installation Steps

• Step 1: Fix the keel frame: According to the design plan, snap lines for positioning on the top surface. Use expansion screws to fix the special aluminum alloy keels on the base, and calibrate with a level to ensure the keels are horizontal. The keel spacing should match the size of the honeycomb panels (usually 600mm-1200mm, subject to product instructions).
• Step 2: Install the honeycomb panels: Lift the customized honeycomb panels one by one, align them with the keel positions, and snap the panels into the keels with special hangers for fixation (no additional glue or paint needed). Pay attention to aligning the joints of the panels to achieve an almost seamless effect. If lamps need to be embedded, pre-drill holes at the corresponding positions before installation.
• Step 3: Detail treatment: Gently fill the splicing gaps (if any) with special sealant (to ensure aesthetics and waterproofing). Check whether all panels are flat and firm. Finally, clean up the small amount of aluminum shavings left at the installation site to complete the installation.

3. Daily Use & Maintenance

Daily cleaning: When there is dust or slight stains on the surface, simply wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with clean water (the nano self-cleaning technology can easily remove stains). Avoid using sharp tools or highly corrosive cleaners to prevent scratching the panel.

Regular inspection: Check the firmness of the connection between the panels and keels every 6 months to 1 year. If local looseness is found, reinforce it with special tools in time. If local damage occurs (such as edge bumps), the damaged panel can be disassembled and replaced individually without overall removal.

Reuse in secondary renovation: If secondary renovation is needed, the honeycomb panels can be completely disassembled. After checking the integrity of the panels and accessories, they can be reinstalled in a new space or recycled, reducing renovation waste and costs.
