Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
